PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

  • An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESS TIME FOR STOCKED CUSHIONS

  • Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and ready to be shipped. Please note we will contact you, if for some reason there will be delays.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESS TIME FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

  • Please allow 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for domestic fabrics to arrive and international fabrics can be up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note we will contact you, if for some reason there will be delays.
  • Once fabric arrives, please allow 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your cushions to be made, processed and ready to be shipped.

 

SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

Cushions Emporium does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only – anywhere in Australia.

We ship using Australia Post: standard delivery is 2-7 business days. Delivery to addresses in northern or regional Australia may take a little longer.
