Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Cushions Emporium, we want you to love your new cushion (s), if for some reason you are not happy with your cushion (s) we will happily refund you. To be eligible you must:
- Notify us within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
- Return the goods to us within 14 days of your delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- To arrange a return, contact us via our contact form we will reply with a shipping address to return your order.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for products lost in the post.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Custom made orders cannot be returned or refunded, so please choose fabrics and sizes carefully.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
